Qiong-Hua Wang is a professor of optics at the School of Instrumentation and Optoelectronic Engineering, Beihang University. She was a professor at Sichuan University from 2004 to 2018. She was a post-doctoral research fellow at the School of Optics/CREOL at the University of Central Florida from 2001 to 2004. She worked at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) from 1995 to 2001. She received B. S., M. S. and Ph. D. degrees from UESTC in 1992, 1995 and 2001, respectively. She published more than 300 papers cited by SCI and authored 3 books. She holds 5 U. S. patents and more than 150 Chinese patents. She is a Fellow of SID. She is/was associate/subject editors of Journal of the Society for Information Display, Optics Express, etc. She is a recipient of National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, a leading talent in scientific and technological innovation of the National Ten Thousand Talents and a Changjiang Scholar Distinguished Professor of the Ministry of Education. Prof Tian-Zi Shen is a PhD supervisor in the School of Instrumentation and Optoelectronic Engineering Beihang University. His research areas include “liquid crystal materials”, “two-dimensional nanomaterials” “electron-optical devices”. In the past few years more than 40 papers was published in “Nature Materials” “Advanced Materials” “Carbon” “Nano Energy” and other journals. At the same time, he was awarded 10 patents, 3 in U.S. and 7 in South Korea respectively. Before join BUAA he has received two research funding from government. Chao Liu is an associate professor of optical engineering at the School of Instrumentation and Optoelectronic Engineering, Beihang University. His research interests are liquid photonic devices and imaging technology. He has presided over 6 national and provincial projects. He published 66 papers cited by Science Citation Index and authored 1 book. He is also the Guest Editor of ‘Crystals’. He received Ph.D. degree from Sichuan University in 2016. He works as a lecturer at Taiyuan University of Technology from 2016 to 2018 and was a postdoctoral at Beihang University from 2018 to 2021. Di Wang is associate professor at the School of Instrumentation and Optoelectronic Engineering, Beihang University. Her research is focused on the 3D display technology. She is a member of the Holographic and Optical Information Committee of the Chinese Optical Society. She presided over four national and provincial-level projects, and published more than 50 papers cited by Science Citation Index (including 28 papers as the first/corresponding author). She holds more than 40 Chinese invention patents and 5 PCT international invention patents. She received her PhD degree from Sichuan University in 2017, taught at Shanxi University from 2017 to 2018, and worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Beihang University from 2018.11 to 2022.01.
