Professor Qiong-Hua Wang is a Changjiang Scholar Distinguished Professor of the Ministry of Education, a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, a leading talent in scientific and technological innovation of the National Ten Thousand Talents Program, and the project leader of a national key R&D program. She is also a Fellow of International Society of Information Display, Vice Chairman of the 3D Imaging and Display Committee of the Chinese Society of Image and Graphics, Liquid Crystal Branch of the Chinese Physical Society, Associate Editor of the international SCI journals Opt. Express, J. Soc. Inf. Disp., etc.

2.1 Postdoctoral Fellows
Job Requirements:
Have a rigorous scientific research attitude, the ability to independently engage in scientific research and a good team spirit;
Possess a doctorate degree with strong English reading and writing skills;
Have a good research foundation in 3D display technology, liquid photonic devices and imaging technology, liquid crystal technology, etc.;
Publish no less than 3 papers in SCI as the first author or complete important scientific research projects during the doctoral period or in the past 2 years.
Job Responsibilities:
Carry out scientific research work independently, assist and guide postgraduate students, participate in the public affairs of the team and the school, etc.
Employment terms:
Salary: about RMB 300,000 Yuan per year for "excellent" postdoctoral fellows, plus performance incentives to support applicants for national and Beihang talent programs;
Research funding: The team provides sufficient research funding to support applications for postdoctoral science funds and the National Natural Science Foundation of China;
Others: after 2-3 years in the postdoc station, excellent candidates can apply for faculty positions at the associate professor level in the university; during the time in the postdoc station, they can enjoy the same benefits as the university regular employees, such as Beijing household registration, children going to school/kindergarten, etc.
