The Board of Directors of Optica (formerly OSA) recently elected 109 members from 24 countries, of whom 20 experts come from China, to the Society’s 2023 Fellow Class on December 8, 2022. Prof. Qiong-Hua Wang, the director of the lab, was selected as an Optica Fellow!

Optica Fellow is the highest academic honor awarded by the Optica to experts in the field. Optica Fellows are Optica members who have served with distinction in the advancement of optics and photonics. Founded in 1916, Optica is an international scientific association in the field of optics and photonics. The goal of Optica is to share knowledge in the field of optics and photonics and to advance research in this area.
